GESP reorganizes its production line

To respond even more effectively to new challenges of the global market, GESP reorganized the procedures and production lines, adopting a new model that rewards greater flexibility and accountability of internal resources.

The new structure, divided into three business units homologous to skills and professionalism, allows to track more accurately the workflow, ensuring a constant monitoring on the status and quality of projects.

The new model takes note of the growth occurred in recent years and lays the foundation for further consolidation of the company (which at the moment, however, does not appear to suffer the consequences of the economic crisis).

GESP currently represents the most important private capital company in Italy in the geospatial sector, but it is expected that in 2009 the turnover will be around 4 million Euro. The optimization of production lines will speed the delivery of projects without sacrificing quality of work.
