Client: Lecco Province, Ecology & Environment Area
The stand-alone system is based on ESRI ArcView custom application and DB Access. The system works classifying 4 kinds of sinks:
- domestic wastewaters;
- industrial sewers;
- urban wastewaters;
- other sewers.
The system is strongly oriented to a technical management of data: data as average flow of the sewer, analytic / laboratory verifications, methods of environmental treatment, law limits, etc. are linked to geographic objects.
Administrative boundaries, sinks and receptors as main / secondary water bodies and forced pipelines are charged as vector data. The reference raster cartography is represented by CTR (Regional Technical Cartography) and orthophoto at 1.10.000 scale.
The main tools makes available by the custom application concern:
- list management: census of hydraulic object (rivers, lakes, etc.), companies, municipalities, … and their attributes;
- data insert, modification, search;
- printing and reporting;
- export data towards other public entities.
