GESP has been realising, for more than 10 years, software applications in the graphical and geographical environment by basing itself on standards.

In other words, GESP operates on platforms that represent standard market (both commercial and Open Source):

• supporting the client in individuating what are the best geo-spatial sector standards (Open GIS Consortium, ISO / TC 211, W3C, etc.);
  
• using development and language environments of standard programming like Java (J2SE, J2SE, J2ME), Microsoft.NET (C#, in particular), Visual Basic and others, on which the company uses certified resources by the same technology producers (Sun, Microsoft, etc.);
  
• designing the application and its integration with pre-existing modules on the basis of User Requirements and Functional Specifications drawn up in compliance with the ISO:9001 standards - Vision 2000, in force within the company.
