The constant investigation of new service distribution modalities and the continuous updating of its employees are considered as fundamental activities by GESP so that it is able to pursue and maintain its market leadership.
GESP dedicates quite a relevant portion each year to its general bank of hours - equal to about 10% of the hours subject to invoicing of its employees - to the realisation of R&D activities.
R &D activities in GESP are seen as updating and professional training periods for technicians and Project Managers, and they materialise by means of workshops and international study days (both in Italy and abroad) on technical themes to the company’s interest, with the realisation of internal projects of an experimental nature.
