GESP is a company that has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Certificate.
The conformity to the ISO 9001:2000 quality normative, which is certified by BVQI, regards analysis activities, design and realisation of software and graphic and alphanumeric databases, installation services, application management, and not least, user training activities that make up, in substance, GESP’s characteristic activities.
The certification, that GESP obtained in 2002, was awarded without the Certifying body revealing any non compliances in its application.
GESP is strongly convinced that the constant improvement in the quality of its services that are provided to its clients, is fundamental in maintaining and consolidating its market leadership. For this reason it was one of the first companies in its sector, in Italy, to obtain the quality certification.
