To respond even more effectively to new challenges of the global market, in 2009 GESP reorganized its procedures and production lines, adopting a new model that rewards greater flexibility and accountability of internal resources.
The new structure, divided into three business units homologous in skills and professionalism, allows to track more accurately the workflow, ensuring a constant monitoring on the status and quality of projects.
GESP boasts of a technical structure with an extremely high level of preparation.
The technical staff - made up of more than 40 people distributed in the two head offices in Milan and Bologna - is composed of a very high percentage of graduates in several disciplines (physics, environmental science, biology, geology, agricultural science, town planning and sociology) who all have in common the deep knowledge of GIS software and the most up to date programming techniques.
Besides the stable group of employees and collaborators, of whom GESP is in the habit of employing, under the coordination of its senior level staff, there are also trainees and project staff that are required for huge acquisition and data validation activities.
